As an exhibitor, you will be able to network with attendees not only on the exhibit floor, but also while enjoying yourself at social events as well as sitting side-by-side in a technical session.

$2000.00 (U.S. dollars)

Exhibit booth includes:

  • One primary exhibitor registration (additional Assistant Registration must be purchased separately)
  • Company recognition on WOCA website with link to company home page
  • Company recognition in WOCA brochure and agenda book (if committed by print deadline)
  • Back drape and side drape on two sides
  • One table with two chairs and wastebasket
  • Overnight security – WOCA, UK-CAER, and ACAA are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Note: Electrical power source is not included in the price of the exhibit booth.

EXHIBITOR ASSISTANT REGISTRATION FEE

Exhibitor Assistants registrations may be purchased.

Should you wish to have additional staff in your booth, they must register as an Exhibitor Assistant. This is a reduced registration of $700 per person and allows the individual access to the exhibit hall, sessions, and networking events. Up to four exhibitor assistant registrations may be made per exhibitor.

Registration includes: 10’ x 10’ exhibit space; Listing & link to exhibiting organization’s web site from the WOCA website; and one (1) primaryexhibitor registration which includes admission to sessions, continental breakfasts, Monday reception, Tuesday lunch, Wednesday evening off-siteevent, and abstract booklet. A reduced Exhibitor Assistant Registration fee of $700 per person is available. Exhibitor Assistant registrations includeaccess to the exhibit area events and conference networking events only. Attendance to technical sessions is available to full conference and primary exhibitor registrants only.

December 1, 2018 Exhibitor/Sponsor Form and Payment Due Sponsor/Exhibitor commitment must be made by this date to have company logo included in January 2019 conference mailer.
March 1, 2019 Sponsor Ad Art is Due If qualified sponsors want personalized AD art in the agenda book, it is due this date.
March 25, 2019 Exhibitor/Sponsor Form and Payment Due Exhibit registration/payment must be received in order to be published in the WOCA Agenda Book that is given to each attendee.
