PONDED ASH WORKSHOP
Harvesting and Beneficiation of Coal Combustion Products from Ponds and Landfills
October 30 – 31st, 2018 | Louisville, KY
The American Coal Ash Association (ACAA) and the University of Kentucky Center for Applied Energy Research (UK CAER), along with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) will host a two-day workshop. The first day will focus on current topics in management of ash ponds. Day two will focus on coal ash beneficiation technologies.
CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS
Presentations are requested to address the following topics, with current case studies:

• Seismic Issues
• Sampling Methodology
• Ground Water Issues
• Geotechnical Behaviors
• Future-looking discussions on the aging of ponded ash
